Yaroslav graduated from Chuvash State University in 2014, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Electrical and Electronic Devices.</p>

Work experience: from 2014-2017, he worked as a design engineer at JSC "Gidroproekt". From 2017-2020, he worked as an engineer working with design organizations. In Voltag LLC&Yaroslav holds the position of Director of Development. There is a letter of thanks from the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government for Urban Planning and Construction, A.Y. Bochkarev, for his conscientious work, high labor performance and in connection with the completion of the construction of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya Line of the Moscow Metro from Mnevniki station to Kakhovskaya station.". </p>
