Voltag participated in the practical conference

The conference brought together more than 150 managers and specialists of enterprises in the region, as well as Alexey Viktorovich Shmykov, Minister of Science and Industry of the Sverdlovsk Region. Together, we discussed where businesses most often lose time and money, which tools help them find hidden reserves of efficiency, and how to achieve meaningful results without major investments.

The real stories of the enterprises participating in the Labor Productivity project gave special value to the event. The companies "UralPlast", "Hyde Systems", "Neospan" and "Delta-Print".
They shared their experience in implementing lean manufacturing tools and described the results achieved through systematic work on processes.
