NTI MEPhI Students Visit Voltag

The students learned about the process of developing uninterruptible power supply systems and visited the design and R&D departments, where they saw how circuit diagrams are created, control algorithms are developed, and device software is written.
The tour was led by Grigory Zinoviev, Deputy General Director for Science and Development and Head of the Department of Industrial Electronics at NTI MEPhI.

 Currently, four graduates of the university work at Voltag. Two of them — Vadim Chembura and Dmitry Kosarev — shared their professional experiences with the students and spoke about how higher education supports career growth.
This was already the second visit from NTI MEPhI students — recently, future engineers from the university’s branch in the city of Lesnoy also came to see our production facility.
We are glad to maintain close ties with universities and to help young specialists see how their knowledge is applied in real projects.

We hope such visits will become a good tradition and that the Voltag team will continue to grow with new talent.
