Arctic LNG 2 is NOVATEK's 2nd large-capacity liquefied natural gas (LNG) production project after Yamal LNG. The resource base is the Morning deposit in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. It is planned to build 3 processing lines with a capacity of 6.6 million tons each (19.8 million tons/year of LNG).
The launch of the first Arctic LNG-2 line is scheduled for 2023.
